You can choose from the following three exciting activities –

1. Visit to an Urban Sea Farm

The wave field is a small urban sea farm, where visitors can get water under their nails and touch and ask anything they want. Since 2013, in the middle of Copenhagen’s harbour, they have grown, tested, failed, learned, taught and demonstrated how mussels, oysters and seaweed grow.

2. History of the Gardens and Oyster Workshop

1,5 hours (Capacity: 20 pax)

If it’s going to be really festive, add this oyster opening workshop where you can try your hand at the extravagant delicacy. 3 types of oysters with various toppings will be served and you will be safely guided through opening them.

3. Story of the Gardens and a Hot Clam Service

1,5 hours (Capacity: 20 pax)

End the Story of the Gardens with an edible element. You will be served a steaming hot clam soup and bubbly natural wine with the city’s most beautiful harbor view.
